What Forgiron does.
Forgiron runs the forge: autonomous billet heating and heat-treat, press and hammer stroke and die fill, die management and lubrication, fused vision, ultrasonic and MPI inspection that catches laps, folds, underfill and cracks, and an as-forged digital twin that hits soundness, dimension and takt before the stroke.
Autonomy is set per agent rather than switched on for the whole plant, and agents negotiate contested moves through arbitration rules instead of colliding.
