The thesis behind Lattice CLI.
Developer tools are the cleanest export from Pakistan: the buyer is an engineer who judges the product, not the postcode. The open-source CLI has real GitHub adoption; team management, audit logs and hosted runners convert users into paying organisations.
The founders built deployment tooling inside an agency shipping containerised apps for US clients. They know what breaks at 2 a.m. on a Friday deploy, and built the product to prevent it.

Three co-founders from one Lahore agency. The CTO maintained Kubernetes tooling with over two thousand GitHub stars. The CEO ran the agency's US clients.
