Qanat
API infrastructure for cross-border B2B payments.
What Qanat does.
Reconciliation and settlement APIs that let Pakistani exporters match foreign payments in hours, not weeks. It sits between the exporter's ERP and their bank, automating State Bank documentation that today needs a full-time clerk.

The thesis behind Qanat.
Pakistan's exports clear billions a year on a back-office that is still largely manual. Qanat started inside a services firm that built the same workflow for four textile exporters. The founders chose to own it rather than bill for it a fifth time.
Narrow wedge, known buyer. The first three customers are textile houses already paying the founders to solve this. The product replaces spreadsheets and email with an API a finance team can audit live.
The people building it.
A payments engineer with six years at a Karachi fintech, and an operations lead who ran export compliance at a top-five textile group. Both know the regulation from doing it.
