Vertical SaaS

TextileFlow

Vertical SaaS for textile export order management.

Overview

What TextileFlow does.

Order management for Pakistani textile mills exporting to Europe and America. It tracks an order from purchase order through production, inspection, packing and shipment — replacing the spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads most mills run on.

Why we invested

The thesis behind TextileFlow.

One of the world's largest textile exporters, running on relationships and informal coordination. A missed inspection or a mis-labelled shipment can cost a mill an entire season. TextileFlow gives the floor and the export desk one shared view.

The founders grew up in the industry: one ran operations at a family mill, the other built textile ERP integrations at a Lahore software house. They know which parts a mill owner uses, and which get ignored on the floor.

Team

The people building it.

Faisalabad-based: one from a textile manufacturing family with ten years on the production side, the other an engineer who built integrations for three textile ERP systems.
