Vertical SaaS

TextileFlow

Vertical SaaS for textile export order management.

Overview

What TextileFlow does.

TextileFlow is an order-management system built for Pakistani textile mills that export to European and American buyers. It tracks an order from the buyer's purchase order through production, quality inspection, packing and shipment, replacing the spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads that most mills rely on today.

Why we invested

The thesis behind TextileFlow.

Pakistan is one of the world's largest textile exporters, and the industry runs on relationships and informal coordination. A missed inspection date or a mis-labelled shipment can cost a mill an entire season with a buyer. TextileFlow gives the production floor and the export desk a shared view of every order.

We backed the company because the founders grew up in the industry — one ran operations at a family-owned mill, the other built ERP integrations for textile clients at a Lahore software house. They understand which parts of the workflow a mill owner will actually use, and which parts look good in a demo but get ignored on the floor.
