Treadum Sense
Inspection and uniformity sensing across the line.
Autonomous operations layer for tire and rubber manufacturing — mixing, extrusion, building, curing, defect inspection, uniformity control.
Treadum closes the loop on tire and rubber manufacturing: mixing, extrusion, building, curing, defect inspection, uniformity control, and the as-built tire twin and genealogy.
Every tire produced writes a genealogy and labelled process and inspection traces that train the next model, tightening the loop from compound to finished tire.

Inspection and uniformity sensing across the line.
Line control across mix, build and cure.
As-built tire digital twin.
Per-tire traceability and release.
Tires are a safety and uniformity business where a uniformity drift becomes a warranty return and a defect found after cure is a whole tire written off. Manufacturing runs on compound knowledge that lives with a few specialists.
Treadum encodes the compound and the cure. The buyer is a tire maker paying in hard currency; the wedge is one uniformity or inspection step, and first-pass tire conformance is the number that opens the next module.
Nadeem owns the tire-maker relationships, the pilot programme and the commercial model.
Rema owns the compound and inspection models, the edge runtime and the genealogy architecture.
