Weldeon

Autonomous operations layer for welding and metal fabrication — robotic welding and parameter control, seam tracking, AI weld inspection, distortion control.

Overview

What Weldeon does.

Weldeon closes the loop on welding and metal fabrication: cut and form, fitup and tack, weld and parameter control, distortion and stress prediction, defect and inspection, yield and takt, robotics and quality and conformance, and the as-welded twin.

Every weld produces labelled parameter and inspection traces that train the next model, tightening the loop from fitup to finished weld.

Products

One loop, module by module.

Every deployment on weldeon.com writes labelled traces back into the model, so the system generalises across plants, alloys, grades and geometries.

Why we invested

The thesis behind Weldeon.

Welding is a skill business where a parameter drift shows up as a defect after the part is built, and distortion is discovered at fitup of the next assembly. Skilled welders are scarce and their work is hard to inspect in production.

Weldeon moves weld control and inspection into software. The buyer is a fabricator or OEM paying in hard currency; the wedge is one weld cell or inspection step, and first-pass weld conformance is the number that opens the next module.
